What is Postural Therapy and How Can it Help You?  

Postural Therapy uses a method called the Egoscue method. This method looks at the body and how it works as a unit.  After a comprehensive assessment that includes photos, a palpation assessment and functional testing a therapist will create an individual postural menu.  This menu uses gentle exercises and stretches to bring the body back to a more functional posture.
